The Filet knife from Fury is beautifully contoured, has polished pakkawood scales and a full tang, 440 stainless steel blade. Of course it works well outdoors, but we were pleasantly surprised how many compliments we received when using it to prepare an elegant meal at home. Very comfortable and the blade has just enough flex. The filet knife includes a nylon sheath.

Excellent value. Beautifully designed. But blade not entirely straight. Made in China, not India. India steel better quality. Great buy!
