Overall the stand is nice but not as good as I had hoped. There are no directions included but still pretty easy to put together. The base is not real stained wood...it has an adhesive tape type grain. This isn't really a bad thing, however the grain tape has there indentations in it, each about the size of half dollars. It looks like something was stacked on top of the base. Overall for $60 its still pretty nice.
