An excellent reproduction of the scarce German WWII all wood anti-personnel mine. Designed to hold 200 grams of explosive material, this plywood box had a hinged cover which, when trodden on, activated a detonator protruding through a hole in the side of the box. When loaded it weighed just over one pound. Almost impossible to detect because of all wood construction. Offered empty without explosive or detonator, this casing bears replicated Waffen amt and makers codes/dates for added reality. Display Only: Will Not Explode.
