The old fashioned, but still hugely effective hawk bill is a classic.  We're glad to see it back; you will too even if you don't have an Uncle Henry!  Once you hold this knife from Schrade you'll know why.  Stainless steel blade, bone scales and solid brass liners mated to nickel silver bolsters are all the right ingredients and haven't changed in a hundred years.
