This bowie is as attractive as it is useful. The blade is long and lean and married to a beautifully contoured solid rosewood grip that is nicely set off by a solid brass guard and pommel. A big knife that is very easy to carry; pretty enough for town, but tough enough for the trail. It's also a great camp knife. Well-tempered high carbon steel blade. Comes with a period scabbard.
