Tool Logic products carry a 3 year limited warranty.

Q: What is covered?
A: Products or parts that are defective in materials and or workmanship. This decision will be made when Tool Logic receives your item.

Q: What is not covered?
A: Products that are lost or stolen.  Problems caused by product misuse or abuse. Problems such as rust that are caused by poor maintenance.  Normal wear and tear.  Drained batteries.

Q: What do I do?
A: Tool Logic prides themselvess on having a defective/return rate that is far below the industry standard. However if you do experience a problem, return the product, along with proof of purchase, postage paid and insured to the address below. Please include your name, address and phone/email (in case they need to reach you) as well as a brief description of the problem and what you would like them to do

Q: Where can I purchase new batteries?
A: Batteries found in Tool Logic items are typically button cell type in either 1.5 or 3 volts. They are common sizes so they are usually easy to find at a good local electronics store such as Radio Shack.
  • ICE Lite/ICE Lite II/Tool Lite/Tool Lite III/UltraLite/Small Wonder/ICE Money Clip/Money Clip all take one 3 Volt Lithium Button Cell #CR1216
  • TKS NoteCard takes one 3 Volt Lithium Button Cell #CR1220
  • SL1/SL1M/TracLite takes four 1.5 Volt Silver Oxide Button Cells #392

Satisfaction Guaranteed! Quite simply, we declare that we will make good on every order.  Please, if you are not 100% SATISFIED with the merchandise that you received, return it to us within 30 days with the original paperwork and we will exchange it or refund your money in the manner paid (*some exceptions apply). This is an IRON-CLAD GUARANTEE! Instructions on the back of packing slip.


*Please Note:  We cannot accept returns on sharpened  or personalized  items (i.e. engraved) that are not defective.  They may not be returned because of the customization that has been done to the product.  Be sure when you order!

After 30 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item(s) in the original payment method. Return your item(s) to us using the return label and enclose the completed return form from your original packing slip. Customers are responsible for return postage. If your order is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us. No tracer will be placed after 60 days.
