Daggers & Stilettos

Daggers are most likely the predecessor to the sword. Historically they were usually double edged and used to deliver quick, lethal strokes. Their small size made it perfect for those more nefarious types. Stilettos, from the Latin stilus for stake, were used more for stabbing rather than cutting. The long narrow blade tapers to a point. AtlantaCutlery.com carries a wide assortment of quality daggers.

Review of: Battlecry Crecy War Dagger

Was not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised.  Good quality steel.  Does not beg for attention but is silently deadly looking.  I don't go around stabbing bottles or random pieces of wood.  It to be used as a tool.  Can be used to stab and slash.  Yepper, I would recommend it.

Review of: German WWII 2nd Model Naval Dagger

I agree with the former review. I also own some original German WW II memorabilia, as well as reproduction items. Obviously, I would love to own an original dagger but cannot play in that market monetarily. I took a shot on this item, because it looked like quality. I am not disappointed, in any way with my purchase.

Review of: German WWII 2nd Model Naval Dagger

It's very nice and built well. I have a great collection of ww2 german real items. I wish I could afford a real Navy dagger. If the makers mark was on the back and the little washer was leather it would be better.
OH! well can't have everything.

Review of: Damascus Dragon’s Tooth Dagger

This Damascus Dragon's Tooth Dagger is absolutely the finest Damascus dagger I have ever seen. The craftsmanship is through the roof, the brass and polished steel guard and the two collars are beautifully done. But the twisted wood handle is absolutely magnificent. The triangular, spear point blade is incredible in it's craftsmanship. Thank you good people of Windlass Steel Crafts. And thank you friends at Atlanta cutlery.

Review of: British WWI Robbins of Dudley Push Dagger

Great feel in the hand, and I have bigger hands. A little tough to clean all the packing cosmoline, but worth it to receive it rust free and in new condition.
The leather holster fits perfectly.
A+ on this one!
