Review of: Wood Kukri Handle

I have a few old kukri blades that needed restoration. These old handle blanks are the correct start in my restorations.  Proper original old wood, pre-formed and ready for further minimal sculpting and fitting has worked for me. I now have authentic blades repaired with authentic old parts!

Review of: Longleaf Traditional Kukri Blade

As some of the other reviews mention, my longleaf came covered in old grease and dirt. However, some de-greaser and a wire wheel brought it back to life very quickly. Lots of dings, hammer marks, and other signs of use, but the blade was remarkably sharp considering the age. Got it to paper cutting sharpness quickly. I'm looking forward to fitting a custom handle and making a new scabbard!

Review of: Companion Blade

A magnificent blade. This thing is definitely going to be a camp blade for me. It has plenty of heft and the grip is angled perfectly for chopping tasks. I put oak handle scales on it and it is indeed a beauty to use. One point to note, this  blade (at least mine) did not come with a factory edge. It is a false edge so you will be required to put your own edge on it. But hey, I prefer my own edge over a factory edge anyway. Enjoy!!!
