Outdoor Tools

Whether you like to spend a lot of time in the wild or are a weekend camper, you will always need trusted outdoor tools by your side.

That's why we at Atlanta Cutlery have compiled a selection of the best outdoor gear, including axes, shovels, and more, to help you get through your outdoor adventure, whatever obstacles may stand in your way!

While folding blades are easy to carry, you cannot use them for tasks that stress the knife. There's always a risk that the blade may fold if the stress gets too much. Nonetheless, a folding knife can work well for an ordinary camping trip. If you're going to be cutting through tougher objects, a fixed outdoor chopping knife or outdoor hunting knife is preferable.

Here are our recommendations for great outdoor survival tools. Explore now!

Review of: Custom Damascus Kukri

Quite the kukri indeed!  Feels solid and well balanced with a superb Damascus blade.  The two small utility knives for honing the blade are very nice, especially with them also being Damascus.  Although the leather sheath is well constructed I wish it had the traditional integrated pouch to hold the small knives.

Review of: Custom Damascus Kukri

This is a beautifull and well made Damascus knife that closely follows the design of an authentic Nepolise Gherka kukri and was offered at a great price.. I should mention that the Atlantic Cutlery's service was outstanding as usual. The package was initially misdirected to the wrong address. They immediately corrected the problem and I had my knife within a day.

Review of: Boshin Kukri with Leather Scabbard

This is a great chopper. It is the only United Cutlery Boshin blade that really came razor sharp. i have 4 different others, I like the handle design of them. I chopped a lot of brush from the back yard.  edge was perfect and light marks came out with a little oil and rubbing.

Review of: Colombian Raptor Sawback Machete

Okay,  I don't not need this machete.   A total impulse buy,  but I love it!!!   This is one powerful wielding blade,  a very brutal rugged design.   I bought this because I fell in love with the tan plastic grip,  which is extremely comfortable.   This would make an excellent outdoor short machete for cutting brush and a saw blade for cutting branches.   I hope I will find some use for it,  but until then I just admire it!

Sincerely,

Brian
