Duration of retaining your personal information

If you don’t have an existing user account on our site, you will still be required to provide the necessary information like your name, email, postal address and phone number to order a catalog from us. We store this information for a minimum of 60 days from the date of ordering.

We also collect personal information when you contact us, send us feedback, post material to our website or on our social media accounts. Such information is also stored for a minimum of 60 days from the date of posting.

Please note that in order to handle your return request (if any), we need to store your financial details at least for 60 days from the item reaching you. Without this data, processing the return requests could be a hassle as you would need to provide your payment details all over again to proceed with the request.
