When it comes to self defense there are more than enough knives to choose from. Karambits, boot knives, bladed tactical pens and quick release belts knives are all good examples and each has their own strengths and weaknesses. Some neck knives are made more for confrontation than others with serrated edges or push dagger grips. Outside of defense these knives can also make great working tools.
