Interesting piece, but not for me.
In reasonably good shape, but the band around the neck of the canteen to which the hanger is attached was on upside down.

Thank you very much for your review. These are all genuine surplus pieces, and we have not done any altering on our end. After looking at our inventory, a number of the canteens have the band reversed, and that would have been a customization that a soldier made in the field.
