These are original, American made, US issue bayonet blades from the Vietnam War. Made by Mil-Par in Ohio, they are from a US military contract overrun. They have never been used; they’ve been in storage for over 40 years. As a result there is surface rust, a dark patina and some minor pitting on all the blades, but all are serviceable. Great as historical curiosities, they can be used to complete a period correct bayonet if you have parts or are valuable for re-purposing into sturdy custom knives with an amazing backstory. Limited quantity.
The M-6 Bayonet was made for the M-14 rifle, which was in issue during the early part of the Vietnam War. It had a relatively short period of issue, so they are somewhat tougher to find than the later bayonets.
