Seber Design Group Lifetime Warranty

Seber Design Group warrants that all of their products are free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, alteration, accident, neglect, disassembly or improper sharpening. If any of their products fail to function as it was designed they will examine its condition upon its return to them, identify why it failed and respond in an appropriate manner. If they determine that there is a defect in the manufacture or materials they will repair, or replace that product with the same model or one of equal value. If the problem is determined not to be caused by defects in manufacture or materials they will inform you of the cost for repair. Upon agreement and payment they will perform the repair. If they are unable to improve the condition of the knife, they will return it to you with the recommendation that it be retired from use.

Please direct all inquiries to Seber''s mailing address, fax number, or email. Packages directed to Seber Design Group should be sent UPS or registered mail (for tracking purposes) with a complete name, UPS deliverable street address (no P.O. Boxes please), daytime phone number and description of concern. Outbound warranty shipments from Seber will be returned to the dealer or retail customer as directed. All costs associated with the shipment of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed! Quite simply, we declare that we will make good on every order.  Please, if you are not 100% SATISFIED with the merchandise that you received, return it to us within 30 days with the original paperwork and we will exchange it or refund your money in the manner paid (* some exceptions apply). This is an IRON-CLAD GUARANTEE! Instructions on the back of packing slip.

*Please Note:  We cannot accept returns on sharpened  or personalized  items (i.e. engraved) that are not defective.  They may not be returned because of the customization that has been done to the product.  Be sure when you order!

After 30 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item(s) in the original payment method. Return your item(s) to us using the return label and enclose the completed return form from your original packing slip. Customers are responsible for return postage. If your order is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us. No tracer will be placed after 60 days.
