OVERVIEW
This big knife has a coffin shaped wood and steel grip accented with nicely spaced steel tacks. The long blade swells toward the tip and has a fancy cut-out near the guard known as a Spanish notch. Made with well-tempered, high carbon steel. Comes with a period scabbard.

Just received my knife. It is well built with excellent finish. Fit could be better I always worry about long knives without full tangs. I have many Windless cold steel swords that have excellent fit and finish. Overall Windless puts out good products for the price.

I have had this knife some time now and all I can say is "Its one of the best". Your sharpening service did an outstanding job as I have never owned a sharper knife (I have been collecting for 40 years) Worth much more than sold for but needs a better sheath.
