OVERVIEW
This is a very nice and accurate non-firing replica of the famous “3 band” Enfield rifle. The British pattern 1853 rifled musket became the Confederate standard rifle of the Civil War. The Enfield was reliable, quick-loading, and accurate. It was a vast improvement over the previously used smoothbore Flintlock Muskets. Ammunition was a .577 caliber lead ball fired by a side action percussion lock. This non firing replica has a real wood stock and working hammer and trigger. Features a brass trigger guard and butt cap like the originals. Perfect for historical demonstration, cosplay or reenactment.
