Absolutely perfect for the collector or re-enactor. Slide is marked “U. S. Armed Forces Automatic Pistol Model of 1911A1 X5898 Caliber .45.” Slide retracts and locks in place, hammer cocks, thumb and grip safety work and the trigger works, mag ejects.
