OVERVIEW

The Japanese Garden Knife, Hori Hori, roughly translates to “dig dig”. And this is a great heavy-duty, do-it-all garden knife. The broad blade has a plain edge on one side and a serrated on the other, giving you the power to cut tough stuff like rope and those hideously uncooperative bags of fertilizer, mulch, and potting soil.

The back of the blade is slightly scooped so the knife can be used as a spade. The full tang 4CR13 stainless steel blade has a black stonewash finish. The durable walnut handle has a copper ring lanyard hole. Heat-treated double blade with both straight and serrated edges. Plus an integrated twine cutter and bottle opener.
