OVERVIEW
An impressive survival tool in the spirit of the knife that first appeared in a 1980s movie about a misunderstood Vietnam veteran. The powerful Bowie blade, made of shock-elastic 7Cr17MoV stainless steel, is black-coated and features an exaggerated backsaw. The solid handle is made of indestructible FRN. Thanks to the additional rubber coating, the non-slip handle is easy to grip even in wet conditions, and the large guard provides a strong surface to push against. Holes in the guard allow the knife to be fixed with string, wire, cable ties, or fabric adhesive tape, so that it can also be used as a makeshift spear.
The black synthetic sheath has its own unique contributions. It includes an integrated compass and a fire striker. Multiple lash points offer a wide range of fastening possibilities for clothing and equipment, thanks to numerous openings. The belt loop is designed with an integrated clip.
