The deep reddish-brown hardwood scales are complemented with spiraled brass wire that actually adds a couple of indentions in the handle to aid grip.

The unique roughout leather sheath gives this knife/sheath combo a "made for the jungle" air. If there was ever a knife that looked like it was made by nature herself, this is it. Full tang for strength. Sheath has a belt loop that will fit up to a 2-7/8" belt.
