Sold out! This is a rare and real gem to have come across. From a private collection, we can only guess as to its true age, but all clues from this highly modified knife indicate probable French origin and WWI usage. Although there are details that could date it as far back as the Civil War. Either way we couldn’t resist the exotic mix of parts and tough, functional bowie style blade which in itself was probably a cut down cutlass blade. A great deal of effort went into making this special and its expertly reproduced here in 1085 hand forged, high carbon steel with solid cast metal hilt. A rarity that would be the talk of any historical collection. Includes heavy leather belt sheath. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts. Can be sharpened for an additional fee. Cannot ship to CA, DE, MA or NY,
