This lightweight, compact survival tool by Gerber serves dozens of uses and is the only folding shovel that is NATO and US military approved. The folding spade can be used as a shovel for digging or as a pick for trenching and hoeing. Features a glass filled nylon handle and powder coated boron carbon steel head. Genuine military surplus in used, usable condition. Some show wear from hard use and cracks in the collar reinforcement, but these don't seem to affect performance. Made in Finland.
