This blood red Kagemusha Crimson katana is entirely hand made using traditional materials and processes and is as beautiful in the hand as it is to the eye. The differential heat treatment of the blade gives the spine the ability to absorb cutting impact while the higher RC edge gives this razor sharp sword bite. Forged from 1060 carbon steel with a real hamon. The parts are copper and the Musashi style tsuba is iron. Real rayskin adorns the handle and is wrapped in red cotton. Saya is lacquered wood.
