Where do I view my Rewards?

Simply log-in to your online Atlanta Cutlery account. Under the ‘My Account’ option click on 'Reward Points' to view your Rewards balance.

Atlanta Cutlery Rewards become active approximately thirty (30) days after a customer's qualified order has shipped to them from our warehouse.

Atlanta Cutlery Rewards Points can be applied to the purchase of any qualifying item during the check-out process. Under the Order Summary portion of the check-out process, simply select the Rewards option under the Rewards section, select the dollar amount of Rewards, agree to the rules, click the Apply Points button, wait for the page to refresh, and finally click the CONFIRM button.

You must log into your account in order to receive rewards points on eligible items. Orders placed via guest check-out are ineligible for rewards points. For details please refer to our Terms & Conditions (this will be hyperlinked to Reward Program T&C).

Atlanta Cutlery Rewards cannot be used on backorder or pre-order items through MuseumReplicas.com even if checkout allows it.

Your rewards points can only be redeemed toward store credit on MuseumReplicas.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services. For further details please refer to our Terms & Conditions (this will be hyperlinked to Reward Program T&C).

In the rare instance when the rewards points have not been credited to your account, please send a mail to [email protected] along with a copy of the order confirmation.

Your account will be credited with the appropriate points within 2 working days of checking your order history.

If you cancel an order that was purchased with Atlanta Cutlery Rewards points, the points used for that purchase will be credited back to your account.
