Okay, I cheated: watched a YouTube video of this knife and others of this manufacturer. Sharp, light weight, non-threatening, good for kitchen, lunchbox, glove compartment, pocket, picnic basket. Time tested, simple design. Can't go wrong! Used it with tonight's big salad.
